Please zoom in and keep clicking on points
you will see the time series
the point you picked up is just for visualizing the general picture from the distance, it’s not a real target

For some reasons we never noticed this post, sorry.
The variable you are mentioning it the Incidence Matrix of the graph (or network) connecting the images of your site/project. The graph is basically the way in which “interferometrically” connect the images you have. There are many ways to connect your images: you can use the star graph (with one image at the center, the Master), or the full graph (each image is connected to all others) and so on. You can find a list of options in the dataset selection panel.
Regarding the sign of interferograms (image A – image B or viceversa) please read this https://sarproz.com/manual/save_interfs.html
This is topic thoroughly treated in the course.

Hi, depending on the way in which you unzip your data, your data can be extracted in subfolders, masking the contents in a way that the software does not recognize them.
The standard way Sarproz recognizes sentinel data is, if the SLC folder contains directories called S1A_* … .SAFE or S1B_* … .SAFE

No. You can do the reprojection yourself once you get the final output from Sarproz

it surely makes sense to consider the temporal coherence of a point
but not for estimating height and/or velocity
the temporal coherence is used e.g. to weight the spatial integration of the APS graph

                  hi

                  * Sarproz gives explicit messages about the options that are taken. if you read messages carefully, you should be able to understand whether interferograms are read, whether flattening is assumed and so on
                  * in any case, if you apply a standard processing, the phase is read from images and the flat terrain phase is removed afterward. you can choose whether to remove the DEM or not and whether to estimate a residual height or not
                  * phase is read from interferograms only if you choose to use the coherence as a weight. in such case, the software assumes that inteferograms are flattened and that the external DEM was removed
                  * if no interferograms are available, the phase is taken from images, flat terrain and external DEM as subtracted automatically.

+ in your case, if you want the software to read your custom processed phase, star graph, generate star graph interferograms, choose to weight data with the coherence
+ if you do not want to use a weight in the processing, just set the coherence equal to 1 (it’s the amplitude of interferograms)
+ about naming policies, check here: https://sarproz.com/manual/save_interfs.html

you are not fitting a single line. you are fitting a planar surface (height and velocity).
with 4 images you can look at 3 interferograms. or you can calculate the average if in your particular case it makes sense. or you can neglect height and atmosphere if you are in the proper situation and assume that the phase content is just movement.
in general, just calculate interferograms and check them.

                      hi

                      * if you want to cherry pick only a few pixels of interest, you can use this module: https://sarproz.com/manual/kml2mask.html to generate your own mask of pixels, eg by importing a simple list of geographic coordinates

                      * if you want display data (like amplitude or coherence) of cherry picked pixels, you can use this module (visualization tools): https://sarproz.com/manual/class_sito.html

                      * if you want to process and analyze amplitude time series data (eg to detect temporary scatterers) you can use this module: https://sarproz.com/manual/amp_series_proc.html

all these topics are discussed in the Sarproz training course

                        Hi Mahtab,
saving a selection of points does not mean saving the plot you are diplaying
when you save a selection of points, you save a 2d vector, where the 2 dimensions are sample and lines, independently from what you have on x and y axes in the scatter plot
the only choice you have is whether to save a color or not, as indicated here https://sarproz.com/manual/xplot_save.html
if later you want to display/export latitude and longitude, simply load the desired selection of points and then choose lat/lon on the x/y axes

                          Hi Janbu,
there can be a number of reasons for receiving that message, we need more infos to understand the case.
Generally speaking, even if for some reasons NaNs are in the data, that does not mean you cannot process and analyze successfully your data.
Please check the images one by one: do you observe black areas?
Did you generate the adaptive mask, did you plot it, how does it look like?
Did you generate interferograms filtered with the adaptive mask?
If issues are there, please send us the log file by email
                          thanks

                              Hi,

did you do the steps suggested by the software?

generally speaking, keep always in mind this: https://sarproz.com/manual/Sarproz_errors_management.html
and report log files and error files, if any.
are you using the last version of the software?

                                Hi,
when you get problems/errors, it’s good practice to send also the logs and possible additional error files.
Anyway, in your case, please be aware that when Sarproz starts, it does not try to connect to a specific IP/server. It’s only checking internet connectivity through common webpages, like yahoo. Do you have internet access?
If you are using Matlab, you could set the general web timeout to a higher value.

                                  Hi Arslan,
your question would require to talk about many topics, it cannot be answered with a short post. There are 2 ways for you to solve this issue: 1. take a Sarproz course and learn deeper the technology; 2. get some processing assistance (someone who does the processing for you). Given your student status, I strongly suggest you to go with the first option. A course session is starting in the next days, maybe you are still in time to join it.
                                  all the best
