A new version is going to be uploaded in the next hours and the model mov/temper stuff should be fixed.
However, I do not understand what you mean when you say that there is a small change in lat and lon coordinates: what are you comparing to see the change?

this may happen when your graph is broken (not connected) either because of a bad graph topology or because low coherence isolate a portion of the graph.
In the first case you have to re-generate the graph making sure it is connected.
