you have to attach the lasterror.mat

periz replied to the topic Reference to non-existent field 'F0' in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 6 months ago
hi Milan,
the error probably occurs because the Image.conf.mat of an image in the IMAGES directory is in some ways corrupted
but we have to investigate why that happened, and the reason probably is in the previous failures you say you got.
so, we have to look into those failures, but you attached material has no infos about it: can you try to pass…[Read more] -
periz replied to the topic error about import GAMMA data in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 6 months ago
If in the QPS analysis you use filtered interferograms,
than it is not a good choice to use the ampl stab index alone. the second option mentione by you is better -
periz replied to the topic error about import GAMMA data in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 7 months ago
probably your updates-license has expired.
one suggestion for the moment: the error you get derives from new polarimetric features (introduced in march 2016) that where not contained in the old gamma-like format. if you kept older sarproz versions (before march 2016) you can switch back to an old version without the new full polarimetric support…[Read more] -

periz replied to the topic SBAS processing in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 7 months ago
Hi Ben,
first of all, when you get an error, please zip log and lasterror.mat files and attach the zip archive here.
Secondly, there exist no “SBAS” processing in sarproz. However, you can choose processing options that can make something similar.
You do not need to process a FULL graph, you may want to process only a subset of…[Read more] -
periz replied to the topic small area: time series CSV export in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 7 months ago
how is the plot of the temperature as a function of the acquisition time looking like?
-
periz replied to the topic small area: time series CSV export in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 7 months ago
If the comparison is between data exported after processing them with different options, this is the answer:
lat and lon coordinates are estimated using SAR coordinates + the height estimated from phase time series
if you process phase time series using different options for the movement, the height (which is jointly estimated together with the…[Read more] -

Hi Ivana,
sorry for the late answer, your matter highlighted a bug that needed some attention.
A new version is going to be uploaded in the next hours and the model mov/temper stuff should be fixed.
However, I do not understand what you mean when you say that there is a small change in lat and lon coordinates: what are you comparing to see the change? -
periz replied to the topic An error when plot parameter in APS processing in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 7 months ago
this may happen when your graph is broken (not connected) either because of a bad graph topology or because low coherence isolate a portion of the graph.
In the first case you have to re-generate the graph making sure it is connected.
In the second case, you have to change the non-linear weights in order not to isolate any areas. In this second…[Read more] -

periz replied to the topic Master area footprint in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 7 months ago
Hi Santiago,
if you still have the SLC folder with the original images, you can load your site and then run the SLC data processing module in “update” mode. in this way you will be able to plot the master area in googleearth.
Otherwise, why don’t u plot any extended results in googleearth and the get manually the footprint with a polygon? it would…[Read more] -
periz replied to the topic import sentinel data error in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 8 months ago
the new version is online (pcodes and compiled for win)
however, I believe that what Yuxiao is saying is always valid (not a new option): if the automatic download fails, download the files manually… -

Use this patch while we wait for Yuxiao

periz replied to the topic kompsat-5 processing error in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 8 months ago
we found the problem:
“No public field Status exists for class matlab.graphics.Graphics.”
this is a problem in matlab 2015 (probably also 2014b)
working at that -
periz replied to the topic kompsat-5 processing error in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 8 months ago
this has clearly nothing to do with kompsat
try please to use the forum in a logic way and not as a chat
that message refers to a lost handle.
we added a double check to avoid it in the future -
periz replied to the topic Small Area 1-core processing in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 8 months ago
This is a matlab bug,
we tried some workarounds but sometimes it’s still there.
u have several ways to monitor it anyway..
one of them is the hybrid batch mode, for which u can kill with a click
we hope to find a stable solution soon - Load More
