we would need to see the full log to try to understand.
you might even need to flag the debug mode to pinpoint the step where the message is given

Hi,
While creating the AD statistical Test in the Adaptive Filter, I get the following warnings:
!!! Warning: NAN in input values:scrivi
may write strange things !!!I am using a FULL graph for the images connection. What can be the reason for this?

Thank you for the suggestion, I will try out them.
are you processing the full frame? if not, do it.
I have tried both options, full frame (max extent) and smaller area.
but the question is: what are you using these data for? for sure, no interferometry will be possible
Actually, I was trying to recreate steps from Yuxiao tutorial (Earthquake),…[Read more]

There is not much more to add. Take a bigger reference window, lower the SNR and the correlation thresholds, lower the minimum number of points. are you processing the full frame? if not, do it.
but the question is: what are you using these data for? for sure, no interferometry will be possible.
if you just want to plot the amplitude, you can…[Read more] -

Hello everyone,
I am trying to follow Yuxiao SAR intereferometry tutorial with two ERS 2 images. I have downloaded 2 time close images (11.2010 and 09.2010). Loading images is fine, I have downloaded orbits manually and selected common area for extraction.
But when I come to co-registration, it always fails and button become yellow. I have read…[Read more]

1. next time zip the log before attaching it
2. next time read the messages from the sw. if you do what the sw tells you to do, we all save time. specifically, the sw told you to manually unzip the downloaded orbits files
3. you have also the option to do things manually. read well the link you posted:…[Read more] -

The first series are the values coming from the processed phase. The second series are the values coming from the module you adopted for processing

periz replied to the topic APS Test lowest coherence master date in the forum Sarproz Forum 5 years, 9 months ago
Sarproz estimates a residual phase that can be attributed to the Master image.
I do not fully understand your meaning. Let’s say you have Image0 as Master and you get a low coherence at Image0. Then you change the reference image and you set Image1 as your Master. In this second case, which one is getting a low coherence value, Image0 or Image1…[Read more] -

Hi,
I am processing a data set 0f 24 Sentinel images with a Star Graph for the image combination.
APS results show the lowest value (near to zero) at the date of the master, which I found weird. Changing the date of the master, I still get the lowest value at the master date.
What can be a reason for that?
The image is attached. I can provide…[Read more] -

Hello professor.
Currently I am working on the Evros Delta with ERS images. Because of my little knowledge about PRC (ERS orbit files), I was looking for posts in this forum about it. I found that we have to download the files manually from ESA On-the-fly. Which I did and went well.
Here is the post I’ve read about ERS/ENVISAT…[Read more] -

Program warns that there are voids in used ext.dem model (NaN values). Does it interpolate then Nan values or do nothing?

Option A. just check the folder where data/results are saved. if your result is a full matrix, you will find also a jpeg image. E.g. in FITTED you find jpegs of each image. For map changes (in RESULTSCHDETECT), if they have been filtered, most of the area is zero, they are saved as sparse mat files, you can load them in matlab.
Option B. you…[Read more]
