    yes, there are some residual fringes, when Yuxiao will have time he will improve his code.
    In the meanwhile, as previously said, you can still process your data. There are several ways to remove or at least reduce spurious fringes.

    I’ve made a subset of my images, but then I have realized that the extracted area exceeds my DEM coverage. However, my AOI (around the yellow placemark in the screenshot) is fully covered.

    Will that bring problems in the further processing or I can I proceed without inconvenience?

    Hi Dear Dora,

    The warning inside your logs is fixed and your master image should extract just fine. I’ve already tested out the sample data you’ve uploaded and the extraction works well.

    To eliminate the warnings you can just download the file I’ve uploaded, extract them and overwrite with the exist ones in your pcodes folder.
