I do not know what you mean with “phase ambiguity parameter”.
The phase ambiguity is pi=3.1416… radians
If you convert the phase to height or displacement, you will get the corresponding values. Check any insar paper for the formulas.

theoretically, it should work. However, it’s not 100% tested, you might get some problems. If this happens, there is no need to redo all the job. You can just remove the images you want to discard from the dataset.txt file. Then it will work
