This is a segmentation violation, which means, your system is not stable and it is somehow conflicting with Matlab.
Some messages related to the audio drivers might indicate that the problem is there.

option nr 1: you create your custom grid at the beginning (initial mask) and you just keep it
option nr 2: to avoid possible wrong residual height estimation you force it to zero (geo localization is dependent on height)

The message indeed was not the problem. I was able to continue the progress bar by pressing the up key (or probably any other key) in main.exe.

The message is not a problem. The coherence file is created after the coherence is saved. The coherence is the output of the mutli-temporal/time series analysis.
More attention deserves the progress bar. Please check if you get other kind of messages. It could be a network problem: try for a moment to stop anti-viruses or firewalls or similar and…[Read more]

if you have a very good dataset, many images, regular time sampling, good normal baselines dispersion, stable and robust estimation, then go directly with the non-linear model.
if your dataset is not ideal, not many images, not so robust and so on, go with the linear model. then only if you notice problems, you can run a non-linear estimation,…[Read more]
