Dear all,
I see a lot of you guys are asking about sentinel orbits in sarproz, and I feel the necessity to explain it a bit better.
Q: What are the orbits used for Sentinel?
A: First of all, there are three types of sentinel orbits.
The first is the built-in orbits that comes with your sentinel image. This one is the least precise orbit and is…[Read more] -

I forgot to tell you: when the project log is updated, the corresponding messages are removed from the sarproz log.
So, the log file you included (14_Aug_2016_17_06_09_sarproz.log, the sarproz log) has been cleaned up, and it refers to G:Satellite_ImagerySoldierMeadowssite.log (the project log).
For understanding your problem, now that you closed…[Read more] -

Hi Mark,
1. the error you show here was already posted in the forum and it was solved some time in July. http://www.sarproz.com/groups/sarproz-group/forum/topic/import-sentinel-data-error-2/
If you update the code as indicated in that post, your issue should be solved. If you did the update and something did not work, please tell us. Check the…[Read more] -

Hi Mehall,
Do you also have a complete log (in your data folder)?
It would be nice to look into the log also.
Thanks,
Yuxiao

Hi Mehall,
The attached is not the corresponding log.
Could you please zip the lasterror.mat and the correct log for me to take a look?
Thanks,
Yuxiao

Hi,
I’ve also issues loading Sentinel-1 data.
In the here a glimpse message:
“131.176.235.71” is nonexistant or not a directory.
The lasterror and log file are attached.
Over the past week I’ve tried loading 2-3 Sentinel-1 images and they have ended in failure. I did update yesterday to the August 10 or some such update.
If it is a…[Read more]

Hi Iza,
for now, you should use only one type of the orbit – ascending or descending. Generally, minimum of 20 images is advised to perform PSInSAR analysis, but you might find also lower number of images suitable, however as you said – the more the better.
Cheers
Matus

Thank you for the answer. Import now works correctly. I have one more question at the moment, to the PSInSAR analysis, should I import only one type, ascending, or descending data, or can I use both? Is there any minimum amount of data to the PSInSAR in Sarproz? I have read, that more than ten is ok, but the more the better.
Best regards

Hi Iza,
first of all, update your software version (use the manage version module http://sarproz.com/manual/manage_version.html)
your bug has already been solved.
Secondly, when in the future you will report problems, zip/tar/rar the lasterror.mat and the log file before uploading them here
thanks

Hello, I have problem with import Sentinel data. I created SLC directory, and untared the data, but something is wrong (with directory, or data format?) and I’m getting error. Have You any idea, how can I solve this problem?
Best regards
