Hi,
My question is how can I get APS removed phases of all pixels of the stack after APS removal?
I think the software returns the subtracted phase vector jhust for PSCs not the whole pixels.
Any help will be appreciated.

You can plot the estimated APS from the APS module https://sarproz.com/manual/elabora_atmo.html
you can also plot the APS by selecting “choose a real file” in the “plot paramters” module and then browsing to the APS folder https://sarproz.com/manual/plot_par.html
You can also plot an interferogram by removing the estimated APS in the “Single interferogram processing” module https://sarproz.com/manual/insar_analysis_site.html
We are now completing a major sw update to allow more options for plotting and exporting results (interferograms included)
