  • Hi Tannia,

Generally speaking, colored buttons (including red and green) means those steps that are essential for generating interferograms and doing multi-temporal analysis. Green means you’ve executed the step and an output is saved locally. Red means the step isn’t executed/completed yet.

It is worth mentioning that, in sparse point…[Read more]

  • Hi Milan,

After you’ve finished, please send me some screenshots and the logs relating to the process. and the lasterror.mat, if needed.

We are still working on the code but the goal is to succeed the post-processing of TOPS data for every image. I will need to investigate the failure with the 2 images you’ve mentioned.

    Please let me know!

  • Hi Dear Ivana,

Could you be more specific on your problems, like, showing a few interferograms, show your area, master and slave images, maybe the log files so we can take a look?

We have been updating the TOPS code constantly, and there should be new compiled versions solving the problems in Oct-28 version very soon.

    Please contact me on…[Read more]

  • Hi milan,

can you post the filename of the images you’re using and the area you’re extracting (center, samples and lines) along with your log file and lasterror so I can take a look?

    Thanks!

  • To conclude this thread, the newest version of sarproz should solve this issue.

    Thanks!

  • Hi Ivana,

We’ve uploaded a new version of pcodes that solves this issue.

By the way, I have tested the new version of pcodes on your testing site, and it should also solve the previous problems you’ve mentioned in the other thread.

    Please let me know!

    Thanks,

    Yuxiao

  • Hi Huijung,

you need to zip the attachment before uploading them.

Can you also upload them again?

  • Hi Huijung,

you need to zip the attachment before uploading them.

Can you also include the lasterror.mat file?

  • Dear Ivana,

Can you be more explicit on your problems, like, uploading the results and images that are problematic? In this way we can better debug.

The sw cannot yet merge adjacent strips, we will work on that in the future.

  • Dear mspyhm2001.

First of all, you might noticed that you need to zip/tar your file before upload them, or you can use an external link.

You can update sarproz with ‘version management’ inside ‘data selection’.

The multilook can be selected as whatever you want that fits your need.

I attach here a link of me extracting more or less a same…[Read more]

  • Hi Ivana,

by looking at the log files, I would suggest the following:

Checking in /EXT folder the file 20150123_20150324_init.off and check if there is anything written inside.

It would also be helpful to check the intensity of both the master image and slave image. the master will be in FITTED folder as the name 20150213.jpg. The slave image…[Read more]

  • Hi Ivana,

Recent days I am working on killing the bugs that are possibly occurred because of partial overlap images. In the next few days a new version should be released and it should work better with those partial overlapped images.

Can you provide the log file of geocoding all interferograms and what the error is? So we can look into detail…[Read more]

  • Hi Matus,

I am still looking into your results and logs, but I reply here what I’ve finished looking and I will keep on investigating and reply you the rest.

    1. Co-registration-error: Sorry, this error was due to a bug in the code that deleted the SLC file so that the file for coregistration refinement is missing. I will kill this bug for the…[Read more]

  • Dear Matus and Ivana,

Hi Matus, please update to the newest sarproz version and the question of black borders should go away. You shouldn’t need to change any oversampling factors. Please let me know if the new one works fine for you.

Hi Ivana, please also try to update to the newest sarproz for your future processing. For next steps of your…[Read more]

    1. Update to the newest sarproz version and all the problems with bad interferogram should be gone. You might need to start from the very beginning..

    2. I failed to replicate your scene where the black strips happened in image intensity, especially in slave image 20150504. Can you tell me your specific parameters in ‘SLC data…[Read more]

  • Dear Ivana,

    1. Update to the newest sarproz version and all the problems with bad interferogram should be gone. As I mentioned above, the failure in tops-post-processing is the reason why those interferograms fails. Now please try with the updated sarproz again. You might need to start from the very beginning…

  • Dear Ivana,

I’ve taken a look at the log file, and there’s a very stupid error in the last version of sarproz that causes the tops-post-processing (a second-time fine coregistration) not able to finish.

And the wrong result in interferogram is exactly the consequence of the tops-post-processing (fine-coregistration) not able to finish.

    We…[Read more]
