Dear SARPROZ friends!
SARPROZ nicely presents the phase, reflectivity and displacement maps on Google Earth after geocoding. I wonder how one can get the results (numbers) directly and not in graphical formats. For example, a txt or dat file with latitude, longitude and displacment. This could be much more helpful for further process and…[Read more]

the displacement you detect from InSAR is along the LOS.
To get displacement along track, you may use pixel tracking.
We do not have yet a proper specific module for pixel tracking, but you can still perform it.
Here an exercise showing how to apply pixel tracking (the third tutorial):

Dear friends
So far I could generate a displacement map from the Sentinel-1A SAR data with VV polarisation. However, what I need is the displacements along the LOS and Satellite along track. How can I extract such information from SARPROZ.
Is there any way to combine different InSAR data, for example, ascending and descending tracks to…[Read more]

Hello ogokce,
A new version of sarproz is available and please try to give it a test. The bug should be gone.

Hello ogokce,
I believe what you are seeing there is a bug as we are working on some new updates in the change detection module. We will work on that and let you know when the bug is fixed. Meanwhile, I am glad to hear that you can still use the other way around to solve it.
I will keep you updated.
Yours,

Update: As it was described in the tutorial, I used “load mask” and “visualization tools – Scatter Plots”. It solved my problem when I changed x axis to longitude, y axis to lattitude and press GeoOut. There might be a bug in change detection menu but this “visualization tools – Scatter Plots” tool saves the day. Thanks…

Hello,
I tried to follow same procedure in Yuxiao’s Tutorials – QYTutorial1.pdf. Everything was OK until data export to Google Earth. At that point, after selecting “Orthorectify” in Mode, and pressing “Go” to export results to Google Earth, an error occurs: “Reference to non-existent field ‘DC'”
Log and last error is attached.

inside the SLC folder
you should have a directory for each image
each directory should contain all original files (img, led, trl …) -

Hi Professor,
How to import ALOS-2 SCANSAR data ?
I have some PALSAR-2 level 1.1 data with 5 subswaths and HH Polarization in each data. I’m using SARProz in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. When i want to get contents in SLC Data Processing, there are some errors so i can’t go through.
Here are the error that i found in terminal…[Read more]

1. read the forum and search for similar questions. Here an example: https://www.sarproz.com/groups/sarproz-group/forum/topic/coregistration/
2. for Sentinel, you can use the orbital approach: https://www.sarproz.com/groups/sarproz-group/forum/topic/new-update-in-sentinel-tops-module/
However, your case may be challenging for the TOPS…[Read more]

Meanwhile, we are working on switching to a more stable source for downloading S1 orbital files. I would expect to have the new source added to the software soon.

1) You are using an old version
2) You are missing required toolboxes.
please request an updated compiled version

I am trying to process 2 S1A images. In coregistration step, i faced with a problem. It is worth noting that the orbits are not downloaded and I downloaded them manually.

periz replied to the topic Normalization in change detection? Yes or no? in the forum Sarproz Forum 6 years, 7 months ago
If you are talking about the normalization option that you can find here: https://sarproz.com/manual/change_detect.html (sorry, I noticed we did not include yet a module description in the manual -but you can find several tutorials on it…-) the idea is the following:
change = filter [ (A1 – A2)/(A1 + A2) ]
The normalization allows detecting any…[Read more] -

Normalization places the amplitude values of the product in well defined parameters, correct?
For Long term change analysis, does this in any way result in the loss of information? Does it facilitate comparison between images taken in different periods? What benefit is there leaving it off?
The tutorials available on the site all seem to have…[Read more]

periz replied to the topic APS estimation errors in the forum Sarproz Forum 6 years, 7 months ago
Here you inputed a threshold on the connections length.
When you do so and you get isolated points, the way to fix it is using the graph analysis and refinement module.
We will implement a modification in the near future to remove isolated points at the time of the graph creation in the APS module, when a threshold on the connections length is inputed. -

Hello everyone,
I have encountered a bunch of errors while estimating the APS.
The graph seems to be coherent enough, but some points are disconnected.
Is it mandatory in this case to refine my graph. Is there another may to resolve those errors?Thank you.
