Thanks for your suggestion. I am trying, ‘Height’ here mean the accumulative height, doesn’t it?
I think I made a mistake, it was the logical cores…
I am running with your suggestion, it will take quite a while, hope it works.
I know the reason, it seems SARproz does not calculate the deformation velocity if you use non-linear estimation mode(as smart 5). I rerun the APS step and the SPP step using linear estimation, now the result is obtained.
If you are right, then why the velocity was not generated after the step of SPP processing was done? I rerun the SPP step, still not result.
I rerun every single step since co-registration, though time consuming, still no result. It seems the vel.mat is not generated in the APS step. Why does it happen?
Sorry forgot to compress the file

I forgot to mention, the PS numbers and connection is in the screenshot below

The graph processing has been running for up to 50000 seconds, I am playing on 4 core 16 GB RAM machine, is that suppose to happen?

That was strange, it has occupied only 5% of CPU

You must be logged in to view attached files.Yeah, you are quite right, I reset the parameters as your recommendation, in which:
1. DL=0;
2. Linear trendI am using a dataset mainly located in the urban area, I re-run the “Sparse Point Selection” and “Graph Creation”, but stopped at “Connection Processing”, the runtime window shows as below
In fact, I do this step in last evening, and till this morning the status is still 0%, I re-run the Sparse Point and Graph Creation step

You must be logged in to view attached files.Could be, I am playing SARproz on a 4 core, 16GB machine. I am curiosity why the memory leak happen in the middle? Is there a memory control option in SARproz, like the Doris?
