Hello Sir Danielle, thanks for the response. I redid the process with less (13 images from 94) Sentinel-1 images and with the updated SARProz software, however the the linear feature remained, causing poor connections for APS processing. This problem also occurred on a different processing with different path and frame.

The log file was not uploaded, try zipping log files in the future
from the inputpar file we see anyway that you are using an old Sarproz version

You can take into account several factors to derive the deformation in the time series (a linear trend, several non-linear components, also including the thermal-related factor). Hi, depending on the way in which you unzip your data, your data can be extracted in subfolders, masking the contents in a way that the software does not recognize them.
The standard way Sarproz recognizes sentinel data is, if the SLC folder contains directories called S1A_* … .SAFE or S1B_* … .SAFE
