the rar file was not uploaded either
13 images for a time series analysis is too limited, use at least 30 images
I suggest you write to support at sarproz dot com to better check the details
then we’ll post here the outcome of the investigation

Hello Sir Danielle, thanks for the response. I redid the process with less (13 images from 94) Sentinel-1 images and with the updated SARProz software, however the the linear feature remained, causing poor connections for APS processing. This problem also occurred on a different processing with different path and frame.
I have attached the log…[Read more]

Dear all,
some time passed without giving regular description of Sarproz updates. It would be difficult now to catch up with all updates, which are anyway listed in the manage version module. We can here briefly mention a few main topics on which we have worked in recent times: command line mode and automation, interfaces with online data…[Read more]

The log file was not uploaded, try zipping log files in the future
from the inputpar file we see anyway that you are using an old Sarproz version
soon we’ll post here in the forum instructions to download Sarproz compiled with matlab 2022a
try again later with the new version
if issues perists, we’ll start investigating the log file
in the…[Read more] -

Dear friends, I noticed that while doing APS processing on multiple Sentinel-1 images, linear patterns of low coherent areas are present in the Coherence Connections graph. Is this a possible deburst issue? If not how do I avoid it in large area processing. Attached are the graphs, log and input files. Thanks.

You can take into account several factors to derive the deformation in the time series (a linear trend, several non-linear components, also including the thermal-related factor). To know more about the different processing strategies and the functions of the software, I suggest you to participate to the next online course organized by our partner…[Read more]

thankyou for your response
can you explain more about related to the model used to infer the deformation?
especially calculation to infer the defromationregards

Hi, the first set of data is related to the time series of displacement, while the second one is related to the model used to infer the deformation.

Dear Dr. Perissin,
How can I extract the LOS displacement data from the attached CSV file to create a graph curve like the example?
Why are there two columns labeled yyyy_mm_dd_VV in this file? what is the difference? -

Please zoom in and keep clicking on points
you will see the time series
the point you picked up is just for visualizing the general picture from the distance, it’s not a real target

Good day!
I would like to address my issue in doing small area processing and any other PS-InSAR or InSAR processing in SARPROZ, after i process my temporal data i proceed in displaying or exporting my data in Google Earth, the PS Points can be displayed but after i click it there’s limited data and there’s no linear graph that shows displacement…[Read more]

For some reasons we never noticed this post, sorry.
The variable you are mentioning it the Incidence Matrix of the graph (or network) connecting the images of your site/project. The graph is basically the way in which “interferometrically” connect the images you have. There are many ways to connect your images: you can use the star graph (with one…[Read more] -

Hi SarProz Team,
Could you clarify why the one edge of the orthorectified image doesn’t look like straight? Is it related to the height of the features at the edge and solving SAR distortion effects?
Thanks,

periz replied to the topic Data import in the forum Sarproz Forum 3 months, 1 week ago
Hi, depending on the way in which you unzip your data, your data can be extracted in subfolders, masking the contents in a way that the software does not recognize them.
The standard way Sarproz recognizes sentinel data is, if the SLC folder contains directories called S1A_* … .SAFE or S1B_* … .SAFE
