hi Shimin,
you should reduce the jpg image and paste it here again, so that we can see the error. Also, if you got a lasterror.mat include it together with the log (zip them before attaching them here).
In the meanwhile, to get an update write to support at sarproz dot com, specifying whether you are using the pcodes version, compiled for win or…[Read more] -

Dear sir,
The version I used now can’t read TDM data in it. So I want to update sarproz to solve it. But I’ve some problems that I can’t update it online.I think I need you help to solve this problem. Or can you give the lastest version? I can insatll it by myself. Thank you very much!…[Read more] -

The coregistration refinement may be needed if you are working with high resolution, high normal baselines, important topography.
We had clear evidence of that with Cosmo datasets in mountainous areas.
Your errors look a bit strange and in fact may be due to the 2015b version of matlab

Hi Dan,
I’ll have to look into re-ordering the SLCs. In the meantime I’m running the refinement with GAMMA and I’ll then import the files again. But do you think this is a good approach if I ultimately want to run PS?
I have attached the zipped up error files.
Best,

Hi Jackie,
unfortunately at this moment the coregistration refinement works only with images coregistered by Sarproz. The reason is that the algorithm is using the results of the first coregistration.
Would that be possible for you to access SLC images? it would also be a chance to compare the result with yours.
We could also implement a…[Read more] -

Dear Daniele,
I have CSK raw data which I focused with GAMMA and I “roughly” coregistered them. I have successfully imported the resulting .rslc into sarproz, and the mean amplitude looks good. But I would like to perform the coregistration refinement using the external DEM now, is this possible or do I have to do it previously in GAMMA? (asking…[Read more] -

Hi Dear Ivana,
Thanks for the testing, this is indeed a bug and I’ve fixed it.
I’ll submit the fixed code for sarproz.
Between now and the publishing of new version, as a temporarily work around, this bug can generally be avoided by not selecting areas close to the border of Sentinel image.
Also in your log I see that you have sentinel…[Read more]

Hello,
I am attaching an error I encountered more times (but sometimes not; in different areas), I am processing an area close to image border; what is the problem here and how shall I avoid it?
If I understand it well, it concerns the number of bursts…?
Thank you, Ivana

Hello,
I received a license from the manager to install sarproz in a MAC, and I got the next mistake. Please, any advice is welcome, thanks.

Hi Ivana,
you raised a good point. We used to store the normalization constants many years ago, but we did not implement it when we included the SLC module. The image amplitude is normalized to have an average value equal to 1. You could further equalize the images using only stable targets. But the matter of fact is that at this moment the…[Read more]

Tannia,
also, please be aware that memory stays for RAM which is a different concept from disk space.

Hello Daniele,
could you please let us know the relation between original image intensity (in the SLCs) and the values got in “refl. map”?
I need to compute sigma_0 and know how to do it from original SLC but these values are different.
Thank you very much, Ivana

Hi Tannia,
Generally speaking, colored buttons (including red and green) means those steps that are essential for generating interferograms and doing multi-temporal analysis. Green means you’ve executed the step and an output is saved locally. Red means the step isn’t executed/completed yet.
It is worth mentioning that, in sparse point…[Read more]

Hello,
Well, I followed Timon’s instructions. The main processing window I have red alert in interferograms and coherence, which is the next step? In roi_pac first I used to execute coherence.
Any advice is welcome, thanks!

Hello,
After executing again Sparse Points Multi-Image Processing, I saved all outputs included “APS” in final Fine APS,
and the laptoo was out of memory. Then, I had a message in matlab to execute the command HELP MEMORY, and now again I have space in disk, what does it mean?I don’t understand, but now “sparse points processing is green”.…[Read more]

Hi Dan,
Thanks by answer. However, still I had red alert in the bottom “Sparse Point Processing”. I’m processing again this option and trying to get a workstation to continue working in my job.

Hi Tannia,
this is a temporary licensing problem. We have noticed that this may happen if the computer is particularly overloaded and as a consequence almost stuck.
However, it’s not affecting the processing.
Also, notice that the log file you sent is empty and the lasterror.mat file has a different date. In other words, no errors occurred.
