if you check the messages given by the software
which can also be read in the log file
you will see that your site directory is: K:
did you write the directory name using strange characters?
please rename the directory
also, download the last sw version with the “manage version” module, it seems that you are using a recent version of matlab and…[Read more] -

Hi Maryse,
how are you starting Matlab?
double clicking on a link?
Did you right click on the Matlab icon and add in the “start in” box the folder “C:programspcodes”?
In other words, when you start matlab, is the current directory C:programspcodes? -

if you don’t give us any information, we cannot help you
zip and attach the log file.
did you plot the images one by one? -
periz replied to the topic Co-registration evaluation in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 3 months ago
Hi Jaroslav,
I believe you are referring to Sentinel processing (such messages are specific for Sentinel only). So, Yuxiao will answer with more details. The concept anyway is that in Sentinel we need to extract some information from the phase, and that’s why too small or too noisy areas are problematic. As a general statement, anyway, you can…[Read more] -

Hi Ivana,
first, update the pcodes.
Secondly, as repeated many times, you very seldom need to reprocess things (the only cases I’ve known of were about sentinel deramping, which is an operation that happens during coregisration. otherwise, if you data are well coregistered, no need to touch them).
Third, in the small area module you can manually…[Read more] -

periz replied to the topic sarproz updatas and errors in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 3 months ago
those errors belong to your matlab installation
if you can still try to use sarproz, it should work.
but if you will get problems in parallel processes, then the solution is to re-install matlab. -

You need to attach the log file (after zipping it)

periz replied to the topic Single Interf.Processing. Geocode – Downsamp error (?) in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 3 months ago
Hi Artem,
if you want to process 1 single interferogram (usually you do it for the sake of trying and testing) then use the “Single Interferogram Processing” module.
However, when you want to process a series of interferograms in a row, all of them with the same options, you can use the “InSAR Parameters Selection” module, and then you launch…[Read more] -

Hi Artem,
you are right, the choice to give 2 (different) downsampling factors is not very useful there. In fact the software is already outputing square pixels in geographic coordinates (that’s the reason why if you give 2 different numbers, the bigger one is ignored). We will correct it in the future.
So, don’t worry about the shape of the…[Read more] -
periz replied to the topic Improving geocoding results of Sentinel data in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 3 months ago
hi Jaroslav,
about geocoding improvement, up to this moment we used a matlab function in case of need (as you point out, when the GCP is precise, the geocoding is good enough)
this is the matlab function:
set_offscoreg(handles,OffsE,OffsN)
it shifts the data OffsE meters to the West (to East if OffsE is negative)
and OffsN meters to the…[Read more] -

periz replied to the topic prolem with Spare Point Multi-Image InSAR Analysis (Small Area Processing) in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 3 months ago
Hi Felipe,
I am not sure I understood well.
Tell me if I am right:
– you are in the small area processing
– you processed insar time series (multi-image insar)
– you did not close the time series processing module
– you changed the area (with select area)
– you went back to the time series processing module
– there you got the error
If this is…[Read more] - Load More
