Hi Ana,
data are ok and everything works.
Did you try to save the geocoding window?
In such case, I believe you have overwritten and messed up the pcodes.
You can download the last pcodes version and it should clean up the installation.
Otherwise delete all files (but keep the license!!) and re-install the pcodes from the original tar file. -

do the following things:
a. save the small area (“save” button in “small area processing” window). give it a name you like.
b. go to “dataset selection” and click on “export site param”
c. send me by email or wetransfer or whatever you want the .mat file of the small area and the ExportPar.tgz file -

Dear Prof.Daniele
I have selected point first, after I select it and using Data Series, any tranding image will be appeared.
But, the fact, If I select point, the left-below box show me “Error in data selection”.
The image example from Def.Trend I have included before.Best Regards,
Ana

Send the errors please.
By the way, are you using the pcodes version? What’s your Matlab version? -
anarizka replied to the topic Geocoding Display Error in the forum Sarproz Forum 9 years, 3 months ago
Dear Prof.Daniele
I have tried another parameter likes Deformation Tranding (Def.Trend) and Cumulative Displacement (Cum.Disp) to get time series deformation graph data. But always any error If I check “Data Series” tools, in other word is nothing image ploting to be resulted.
Best Regards,
Ana

Dear Matus and Ivana,
Hi Matus, please update to the newest sarproz version and the question of black borders should go away. You shouldn’t need to change any oversampling factors. Please let me know if the new one works fine for you.
Hi Ivana, please also try to update to the newest sarproz for your future processing. For next steps of your…[Read more]

Hi Ana,
we are going to add a check in the code. Anyway, please notice that you are trying to display the quantity “PS Type”, which for sure you did not calculate in your analysis. So, for the moment, simply choose an other quantity to display… -

Yes, you found the answer. I was wondering whether you were saving your results after processing.
Please notice 2 things:
a. in your descriptions you’ve never given all the needed details to understand you case. Even more, you descriptions were wrong (you were speaking about the APS module)
b. if you would keep reading the messages from the…[Read more] -

I know the reason, it seems SARproz does not calculate the deformation velocity if you use non-linear estimation mode(as smart 5). I rerun the APS step and the SPP step using linear estimation, now the result is obtained.

Dear Prof.Daniele
I have finished all my processing procedure. Several days ago, it was Ok (No error).
I just want to know the deformation trend using “GEOCODING” toolbox. But If I select the point. something wrong.
Please, find attcah file below.Best Regards,
Ana

If you are right, then why the velocity was not generated after the step of SPP processing was done? I rerun the SPP step, still not result.

first comment:
Sarproz was designed in a way that you never need to repeat steps. even if your computer suddenly crashes in most cases sarproz can recover the job avoiding to start over again.
second comment:
the APS module is aimed at estimating the APS (Atmospheric Phase Screen), not at estimating/saving results as velocity and DEM.
For that,…[Read more] -

I rerun every single step since co-registration, though time consuming, still no result. It seems the vel.mat is not generated in the APS step. Why does it happen?

The sub scene has been successfully processed, however, I got troubles in the sparse geocoding steps. Something wrong with the index, I reset the steps but still got hooked. Detail goes as shots below:

Hello Yuxiao,
I reprocessed the dataset with the new version. One black strip is again present in (coregistered) 20150504 and 20150516, as these are the two images with earlier timing, so the area of interest is not completely covered. The extracted slaves look ok, but they are thinner (less lines). This is probably the source of the problem.
