I read that post but didn’t really understand it. If my AcqHeading in SARPROZ is -11, then according to the previous post, on a 360 degree circle, that would correspond to 169?

This is an option that can be used only in the Command Line Mode and it allows extracting an AOI based on given Input SAR coordinates. ManualLims is a row vector made of 4 elements: Sin, Sfin, Lin, Lfin (where S stays for samples -range- and L for lines -azimuth). When ManualLims is given, other inputs for AOI identification are neglected

you want to manipulate data in a custom way, you are welcome to do that. You just need to read the data (e.g. in matlab) and then apply the processing steps you wish.

I understand that the local ground profile is taken from the DEM but my doubt is about the section of the DEM that is represented on the graph. ¿Is it an East-West cut or a section perpendicular to the LOS?

this is not a standard sentinel name: you must keep the default names, you cannot rename directories/files
please get the original data and leave all structure and names unchanged!
