Does anyone has encountered the same error in MATLAB 2020? Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

You must be logged in to view attached files.Hello again,
Updating SARProz to version 2020 didn’t solve the problem. I also tried with both the wifi and mobile connection. Even I tested with VPN, but any of them didn’t help. It’s very emergent because I need to reprocess the sentinel-1 SLC files, and I don’t have much time. Please see attached the log file. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

After reading the forum posts, I found out that it’s a bug happening in newer MATLAB versions. Where can I update the SARProz?
Thank you for your reply.
After reading the forum posts, I found out that it’s a bug happening in newer MATLAB versions. Where can I update SARProz (pcode)?
After allowing the Matlab through the firewall and restarting the computer, I solved this problem, but now I have another question. When I type fig=main in the command window, the following error raises:
Error: File: check_advpar.p Line: 75 Column: 0
Invalid syntax for calling function ‘license’ on the path. Use a valid syntax or explicitly initialize ‘license’ to make it a variable.Error in load_advpar
Error in mainI skipped this error and continued, but after clicking on the SLC Data Import button, the error came out again:
Error: File: bolle.p Line: 388 Column: 0
Invalid syntax for calling function ‘license’ on the path. Use a valid syntax or explicitly initialize ‘license’ to make it a variable.I cannot ignore this and continue because when clicking on the Get Contents button, Matlab repeatedly says press the button again, and I can’t proceed.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Thank you for your reply.
I tried with my mobile internet connection and a VPN, but the same problem persisted. The network that I am using is the same as the one I used before. I didn’t have the same problem before, and I have no idea what the problem is.
The Pcode version that I am using is 2019-10-02. Maybe installing a newer version would solve my problem.
Any other suggestion would be appreciated.
Thank you dr Perissin. It solved my problem. Now, I want to do phase unwrapping on the extracted phase values from binary files because the phase values are within the [-pi, pi] interval. How can I do this in Matlab?
Thank you for your reply Dr. Perissin. Could you please explain more about the steps to get the raw interferometric phase values (just topographically corrected) using the PSI method in Matlab (my data is the time series of sentinel-1 images). I had already done the PSI method in the compiled version of SARProz, but I am confused about how to extract interferometric phases in the Pcode version?
Thank you for your reply.
I need to do topographic correction before extracting phase values. The phases should mostly contain atmospheric and displacement phases. How should I do topographic correction in Matlab?
Hello everybody,
I read the explanations above about the two functions get_baseline and geo2incang. My problem is that I am using the compiled version of sarproz. Could anyone give me a detialed explanation about how to use these functions to extract the incidence angles for each PS or any other pixel in the compiled version of sarproz?
Thank you
Hello dear experts,
I am new to SARproz trying to import 22 sentinel-1A images to the software for deformation analysis. Unfortunately, one of my images was not co-registered and removed from my slc data giving the following error:
set_init_offs 20190718-20190624 (15180 points): OffS mean 51 std 0.8 OffL mean 6 std 0.0
amp_corr: unknown error in memmapfile (slave image), point: 14267. Going on
amp_corr2: 20190718-20190624, 14841 input points, 0 outputed, 0 over thresholds
cull_points 20190718-20190624: not enough input points!! aborting!!
WARNING!!! coregistration of image 20190624 failed!!!!
image 20190624 will be discarded: check manually!!!
How can I co-register the 2019-06-24 image and consider it in my analysis?
For further information, I have also attached the log file.
