I have uninstalled the antivirus to make sure there’s no left firewall on. The one from windows is disabled.

I have attached another type of message I receive when I open the program besides the Java error after I try setting the orbits

The cache of the MCR component can be found in a folder similar to the following one

C:Users\AppDataLocalTemp\mcrCache8.3main_…

delete the folder and then try again, it should work.
