I’m new in SARPROZ and I got the following error message for reflectivity map calculation, I use the latest version.

I used Delunay connection graph and detected seasonal coherence loss. Does it mean that availibiltiy to get data is most worst intefereogram coherence?

if you process your data with the STAR graph,
you look for good and stable targets in time, which usually are also little affected by geometric decorrelation.
You could be in an area with average little spatial coherence but with a few sparse stable targets (like sparse isolated houses in the countryside) and everything would work.

your APS processing looks good. After that, you have to process more points to get denser results. You can do it either in the MISP or in the GAR (Graph Analysis and Refinement) modules.
Options that you can try in case you cannot get results in your are of interest:

Hi,
Is somthere ideas how calcultate APS in relativliy poor coherence. I calculated intefereogrmms and full coherence maps and APS GRAF show poor coherence between images. Coregistration wet well no additional warnings. First stack had warings, but I increased area and second time was good no warnings at all.

are you starting matlab with the -noDisplay option? remove it. check the following

Sarproz start crash suddnly. Seemes like some kind of SaRProz->Matlab problem because if I start SarProz I’ll got Warnings

overfit is caused by trying to fit too many parameters in few data. the range of v and h does not cause overfit. range of v and h should be chosen depending on the analyzed area

if you encounter errors u MUST include lasterror and log files to get answers

2. ur data is sparse. exporting a raster of sparse data is not a good idea. use the filter/matrix visualization in scatter plots and export it from there
