I don’t see easily a reason for that residual ramp. This would deserve some deeper investigation. The results anyway are now much better.
About the geocoded reflectivity map: are you keeping a 1×1 downsampling? Otherwise, u’ll degrade the resolution. The mean kml generated from the GCP module is downsampled 8×8. That map is generated just to give…[Read more] -

Hi Periz,
Thank you very much for your response. I do think it is related to a faulty memory as I recently added an 8 GB RAM which could have caused this issue.
Anyways, The problem does not happen that often recently, but if it persists I will definitely try what you suggested.Thank you very much for your help. I really appreciate it!

I also have two more questions:
1- Although the results obtained after residual orbit removal were better, there are still interferograms that are affected by ramps (see attachment). Could this still have influence on my results?
2- The other issue is with the GCP selection. I identified a lamp post as a GCP and when opening mean KML, everything…[Read more]

Hi Periz
Thank you very much for your response.I checked the interferograms and they had ramps. I obtained better results (please find attachments) when I used the function you mentioned the the parameters you specified.
Is there a way to know how good these results are?
Many thanks

This error is solved and a warning is added when the wrong S1 SLC folder is placed.

Yuxiao replied to the topic loading TOPS data problem in the forum Sarproz Forum 7 years, 7 months ago
Benattou,
1. please be cautious when you extract S1 SLC files with third party unzipping softwares;
2. The Correct folder name for SLC should be in “S1*****.SAFE” format;
3. I added a warning when your zipping software do not produce this correct format (in your case, there were a S1A***.SAFE format under one S1***** folder. I don’t even know how…[Read more] -

Did you use the patch I posted?
Another way to get it work is: go to Select Dataset -> Advanced Parameters -> tick “Debug Messages”.
Then please repeat the steps and pass me the log file.
The idea is that we need some more information on this bug.
let me know,

dear Yuxiao,
sorry i have the same error, there’s no warning.
maybe there’s something in the data changed because i used to process sentinel data before and didn’t have a problem in the data reading. -
Yuxiao replied to the topic loading TOPS data problem in the forum Sarproz Forum 7 years, 7 months ago
Hello Benattou,
Sorry for this, but you’re not attaching the one I want.
If you used the patch, and everything went “right”, you should be able to see the following warning:
combine_3_subswath(): Error Combining meta files of subswaths! Debug file is saved in S1-meta-1234-56-78.mat!
Then that mat file is the one I need.
I am think of…[Read more]
