Hi Tannia,
Generally speaking, colored buttons (including red and green) means those steps that are essential for generating interferograms and doing multi-temporal analysis. Green means you’ve executed the step and an output is saved locally. Red means the step isn’t executed/completed yet.
APS estimation and Sparse Points Processing will be…[Read more]

Hello,
Well, I followed Timon’s instructions. The main processing window I have red alert in interferograms and coherence, which is the next step? In roi_pac first I used to execute coherence.
Any advice is welcome, thanks!

Hello,
After executing again Sparse Points Multi-Image Processing, I saved all outputs included “APS” in final Fine APS,
and the laptoo was out of memory. Then, I had a message in matlab to execute the command HELP MEMORY, and now again I have space in disk, what does it mean?I don’t understand, but now “sparse points processing is green”.…[Read more]

Hi Dan,
Thanks by answer. However, still I had red alert in the bottom “Sparse Point Processing”. I’m processing again this option and trying to get a workstation to continue working in my job.

Hi Tannia,
this is a temporary licensing problem. We have noticed that this may happen if the computer is particularly overloaded and as a consequence almost stuck.
However, it’s not affecting the processing.
Also, notice that the log file you sent is empty and the lasterror.mat file has a different date. In other words, no errors occurred.

Hi Jackie,
it’s a bit a complex matter, there are many things to discuss.
first of all, in the APS it makes no sense to give asymmetric ranges in the parameters estimation. You are processing connections and you have no idea whether you are going to process A-B or B-A.
secondly, again because you are processing connections, you may want to…[Read more] -

Dear Daniele,
I’m looking at almost one year of TSX spotlight data on cooling lava which sits on the summit of a volcano. I have a relatively good idea of the displacements already: the cumulative displacements over the year are between 40 and -140 cm, the velocities however decrease over the year, only a small proportion happens in the last 4…[Read more] -

Hi milan,
can you post the filename of the images you’re using and the area you’re extracting (center, samples and lines) along with your log file and lasterror so I can take a look?
Thanks!

Yuxiao is going to answer you soon.
My only comment is: are you using the most recent Sarproz version?

Hi,
I finally managed saproz for testing at computer cluster, so far working well.
But I got problem with coregistering S-1 data. From 30 images, only 1 was coregistered. For the others:
Reramping front-stitched SLC slave image on Date 20151104Buffer size exceeding 200!!! abnormal!!! check your stitching strategy!!!
Resampling end-stitched…[Read more]

Using the “single interferogram processing” module you can implement all options you like…
process the interferogram, plot it, geocode it
use it to make all experiments you like -

Hello,
I’m using the different DEM data in PS-InSAR process in SARPROZ. I’d like to see the inteferograms images after only removing DEM phases.
Or could you give me some advice in comparing and analyzing the influence of differnet DEM data.

periz replied to the topic velocity standard deviations in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 9 months ago
Ivana,
+/- 3*sigma is an operation that has nothing to do with this quantity.
As previously stated, this quantity is not calibrated and it should be simply considered as a measure of the curvature (how wide) is the peak. But again, the value is not much meaningful by itself alone, it’s useful when compared with that of an other target.
Nobody ever…[Read more] -

Hi Daniele,
thank you very much for the explanation and also for the implementation.
Can you also please let me know how is the periodogram peak width defined? If e.g. the width of 90% of the peak coherence. Just to consider if really plus minus three sigma_vel are the “limits” of the velocity estimation as the values really look quite…[Read more]

The basic ideas of Sarproz were firstly conceived during my phd thesis in the years 2003-2005 (check my thesis on Amazon or the urban target recognition paper). At that time I was using ERS and I calibrated the dataset with some corner reflectors. Since then, the calibration constant has been left in the code, and it is used when you process…[Read more]
