you have to patiently read the messages from the software
if you read your log files, it’s full of WARNINGS. you have to check them
your data looks corrupted because some infos are missing. please check it according to what the software says

In this case, co-reg was successful hence no last error file generated. We can only see the log file where it mentioned rolling back.

if you want to get assistance you must zip log and lasterror files and upload them here. Without those infos we cannot be of any help.
About the weather data download, it looks like a network problem on your side.
But again, we need log and lasterror.mat files (and you have to zip them before uploading)

I have faced some issue in co-reg process in S1 data(polar area), It try to download the weather data and does not complete.(last line in cmd window is downloading weather station from FTP).

no, the command matlab -r ‘cd /home/sun/pcodes’ is wrong

the correct command can be found in my answer above:

cd /home/sun/pcodes/
matlab

if calling matlab in this way does not work, how do you call it?
do it (call matlab in the way it works) AFTER the command “cd /home/sun/pcodes/”

to use linux, you need some basic linux knowledge. Pleas ask someone to introduce you to the system.
Where matlab is located it does not matter. You can launch it from the pcodes directory independently from the location of matlab. You have either to include the matlab folder in the system path or use the full path to matlab to call…[Read more]

are you starting Matlab from the pcodes directory?
i.e.
cd /home/sun/pcodes/
matlab
(or /usr/local/bin/matlab or whatever)
