In APS processing module if Reference point is set to “Auto”, then Sarproz suggests 25 points to choose from.
I assumed, that if saved, reference point candidates shall be found in AutoConnex.mat file. Looking through file structure, I couldn’t locate said points myself, and thus I’m asking for guidance.

I have encountered a bunch of errors while estimating the APS.
The graph seems to be coherent enough, but some points are disconnected.
Is it mandatory in this case to refine my graph. Is there another may to resolve those errors?

Hello Yuxiao, thank you for this great update.
I takes a couple of weeks for precised orbit files to arrive, does it mean, that new co-registration method can’t be used with newest images?

Hello!
In custom mask generation module, if I load a kml file containing MultyGeometry object, then the software generates an empty mask.
Is there a way to generate one mask for two different polygons?

Tenth directory was empty, however I suggest, that you kept in mind ninth one.
There was only one file: S1A_OPER_AUX_RESORB_OPOD_20170925T091232_V20170925T040053_20170925T071823.EOF

I didn’t succeed to guess the reason myself, so I’ve decided to send an error logs.

Doesn’t master choice influence co-registration process a lot? I have often noticed, that outcome may be significantly improved just by choosing right master.

Hello,
I didn’t actually completely overcome this issue yet.
However, the master choice seems to help sometimes. In cases of problematic co-registration I usually try to manually evaluate image list in order to exclude the most noisy ones and choose the most contrast image as a master.
Somebody, correct me if I’m wrong, please.

Hello!
It often happens, that Sentinel doesn’t take pictures of an exactly same place. One-two burst difference may take place.
I am wondering, if two pictures overlap covers area, that I’m interested in, what is the maximum allowed image shift, so that co-registration can be trusted?

Hello!
Sometimes while co-registration I get a message with multiple warnings above and below it. It usually happens if I try to co-register too small or too noisy area.
Could you please explain how does the software evaluate the quality of co-registration or where can I read about this?
