  • Thank you. My aCcess to matlab is now more complicated, but i will try to solve it somehow.

I think it is sometimes useful to change the master. There are two reasons why I consider it:

    – the temperatures. The master temperature should also be in the middle of the temperatures measured, especially in case where ktemp is neglected (forced to…[Read more]

  • Hello Daniele,

I have a question about changing a master image for an already coregistered dataset. The reason can be e.g. the prolongation of temporal baselines when updating a dataset, to make the master more “central”.

If I change it in the DATASET SELECTION window, there is no change in DATASET_INFO/DataSet.txt. Is it possible to save it…[Read more]

  • Hello,
I got probably the same error in the last (20-Dec) version, but i ignored it (without counting the number of images, so maybe one or two could be missing, but maybe not) and everything seemed to be allright… this is the problem of the last version. I only checked the coregistered images and they seemed to be ok

    Regards, Ivana

  • Hi Daniele,
    thank you.
I tried points 2 and 3. With point 2, however, I could not see a difference in the reflmap (it seems to me that it is computed from all the images), but the problem was solved with point 3, with no problem (just warnings) with the master image.

i downloaded the new (2016-12-12) linux-compiled version appr. 4 hours ago and it works now without problems.

  • Hello Daniele,

(thank you for the implementation of the SRTM download change.)

I am facing a special problem: to split an already coregistered dataset into two, resp. excluding a significant number of images (I need to perform the processing of installed reflectors separately after the data they were installed).

But, in the dataset, the master…[Read more]

    Hi Daniele,

the link to SRTM files (for download) has changed. Here is the (“.zip”) file downloaded which makes SARPROZ to give an error during get contents or set orbits steps:

  • Hello Daniele,

I am dealing with a geocoding problem. Everything seems fine, but the result is appr. 80 m shifted (and yes, the shift seems to be in the range direction). Tried many times to correct the geocoding, but the results did not change at all.

I tried to display the DEM using DEM visualisation, and 3 of 4 tiles were missing (however,…[Read more]

    Hello Daniele,

    thank you for it.

I am sending an error encountered in the geocoding module, repeatedly (updating from older version, at the same time updating the data). The same error got for 4 datasets, and with different background images (if I remember it well, a similar error was connected to the GIS directory…)

    Thank you very much, Ivana

yes, it works now, thank you very much, ivana

  • ivca-cz replied to the topic data update in the forum Sarproz Forum 8 years, 2 months ago

unfortunately, the error stays the same even in the newer version, in both problematic tracks.

    Hello,

I am updating an old dataset using some more images, and for 2 of 3 datasets I get the error “index exceeds matrix dimension” in the “get contents” set. I know it helps to reprocess the whole directory again, but I don’t want to do it…

    Using version of 24-Aug.

Thank you for your help, Ivana

  • Yes,

you are right. I noticed this warning, expected that there is a problem with this image and it could not be extracted/coregistered. But I did not put it away, you are right. And after, I could not understand why “37 images could not be extracted” (and lots of extracted images could not be viewed, mostly from 2016) and why there are black…[Read more]

  • Hello Yuxiao,

I have encountered a strange behaviour in the coregistration step of S1 data (see the screenshot and log attached). When I click to see the extracted/coregistered images, the number of coregistered images is higher than the number of the extracted ones. In fact, the last two coregistered images have a large black area (missing…[Read more]

  • Yes, you are right, all the problems are solved now.

    Thank you, Ivana

  • Hello,

I am attaching another error I got within the coregistration process, it looks similarly, so maybe it is a kind of general error… I don’t know.

Please let me know if the problem is on my side… but I am encountering it for the first time in two different (coregistration) directories.

    Thank you, Ivana

  • Hello,

I am using the sub-dataset function for the first time and I found a small bug (however, it does not let me continue). Attaching the log. Despite all the warnings, the refl map looks normally, the “final” problem is with writing the GCP data.

    (linux-compiled version)

    Thank you in advance,
    Ivana

  • Hi Dan,

this effect was caused by the fact that the weather download (update) was performed between the small area processing and the display (geocoding), probably after save/load. So, it helped to reprocess it and display again and the lines are already straight.

I am sorry, still getting into the system…

    Ivana

  • Thank you for the explanation.

However, in this case (see the log or the report I attached last time) the coregistration “concluded successfully”. I encountered this problem two times for different masters (there are not many possibilities for master selection due to weather and perp baselines) – and I never encountered it before… So, should I…[Read more]
