    Hi Santiago,

    did you read this? http://www.sarproz.com/groups/sarproz-group/forum/topic/data-import-update-with-external-data/

did you download the last version, produced after that discussion? let me know if it solves your issue.

  • Hello Daniele,

I have created a SLC data set and now I want to add a new image. According to the manual, this is possible:

-If a dataset was previously created, you can import new images with the “Update” option. All new SLC data placed in the SLC folder will be imported
-You can also choose to import a single new image by selecting it from the…

    hi,
so the answer is to forget auto GCP and always geocode manually?
    ok, thank you.

As explained many times to you in person,
in this forum, in the manual, tutorials and so on,
the best way to geocode a dataset is precisely manually. In fact, it takes very little to geocode a dataset manually in Sarproz.
You can check it in the many examples in the tutorials.
    Why?
    1. because there are many sensors for which the orbital…[Read more]

    Dear Daniele,
I am afraid I don’t understand how GCP can be properly arranged. I started new project, using default parameters.
    I performed following:
    1. GCP Selection -> Keep Current Orbits -> Write -> Mean Kml…. result: geocoding was shifted around 500 m
    2. Computed External DEM and synth. ampl…. -> back to GCP Selection -> Keep Current…[Read more]

    1) why do you use DS=10 and DL=10?
    Leave DL=0.
    2) how big is the area, did you check the initial selection of points in the refl map/amp stab map?
18 images is enough for a PS-like analysis, but you have to be very careful because all statistical indexes are affected by the low number of images.
    3) why didn’t you keep the Non-Linear weights…[Read more]

I use 18 images, they are TSX and TDX . The images Graph is STAR,1 sensor.
    The attachment is APS module.

  • the log file is very explicit
u should carefully read the messages from the sw

    after the
WARNING!!!!! The cube of loaded data contains 26 images, while the current dataset has 31 data
You can load the data again through “Select Area”
    which it seems you read,

    then the sw says:
    reading phase-flat coefficients
    leggi_flat: at least one…[Read more]

  • OK, and when I go into the Small area module, load the old data (to have the same points, ref. point etc.), then go through select area and sparse point selection (looks ok) and then into MultiImage InSAR Analysis,

what is the problem here? what should I have done?

    Thanks, I.

  • Thank you, it works if I remove the duplicate items from the file you suggest and also from DATASET_INFO/DataSet.txt

this result looks much more reasonable.
however, I’d suggest you to use the I.R. APS. read old posts on this topic.

I do not understand your question about the amplitude time series.
Your example looks ok and it shows that no evident pattern is visible.
For other cases, please read some papers about temporary PSs (or check the ampl time series…[Read more]

    probably you used wrong weights.
which APS options are you using?
Can you grab the APS module screen and show them to us?
Also, how many images are you processing, from which sensor, which images graph?

  • hi Ivana,

thanks for your message, indeed, I found a bug, introduced by an update, in a non-tested configuration.
I am going to upload soon the bug fix.
The error occurred while managing the index of images to add.
You noticed that in your case the sw processed again all images (which should not happen).
As a consequence, all images were added…[Read more]

  • Hello,

I would like to ask what are the recommended instruction if one is updating the dataset with new images, using the external data (temperatures) at the same time – either the number of scenes, or the number of temperatures must be changed first, and one then gets errors.

And if I made it bad, how to get out of it, as I always get the same…[Read more]

    Dear Prof.Daniele

I have tried using another parameter for “Images Graph=Delaunay Graph”.
In APS processing I used DSxDL is 0x0 and matr.Coher.Win is 10×10 also used I.P. (Inverted Parameters) options. Hope you give me suggestion for results.

    Any other question
After I made scatter plot, I was rather confused about analysis relation of amplitude…[Read more]

    Dear Prof.Daniele

I make APS processing ,the Delaunay connection result looks well, but the PS coherence after Graph Inversion and APS remove is very bad. Can you tell me the reason about the bad PS coherence ? And what can I do for have a good result?
    Thank you !

  • periz replied to the topic PSInSAR Analysis in the forum Sarproz Forum 9 years, 1 month ago

    Hi Ana.
the selection of points looks not good. so, the graph has few good connections and the result is quite bad.
if you are analyzing a 3×3 sqkm area and you have a GPS station at 8km distance you cannot do much.

  • periz replied to the topic Exporting products in the forum Sarproz Forum 9 years, 2 months ago

Sarproz has many ways to export results.
The two most common ones can be found in the “results exporting” frame in site processing: “extended geocoding” and “sparse geocoding”.
In the first case, you can choose between kml and geotiff formats. In the second case, the options are: csv and kml.
If you want to export sparse results (as those…[Read more]

  • Hello,

I would like to know whether it is possible to export some of the estimated parameters (cumulative displacement, velocity and residual height) to geotiff and/or shapefile format. I had a look at the manual, at the software options and also at the other forum threads but I did not find anything.

    Thanks in advance!
