Dear Daniele,
I am afraid I don’t understand how GCP can be properly arranged. I started new project, using default parameters.
I performed following:
1. GCP Selection -> Keep Current Orbits -> Write -> Mean Kml…. result: geocoding was shifted around 500 m
2. Computed External DEM and synth. ampl…. -> back to GCP Selection -> Keep Current…[Read more] -

Hi,
I use external DEM but it is shifted. I found out the correction coefficients in WGS-84 (shift is cca 0.025°N and -0.1°E) and used them to correct the Corner Lat/Lon boxes in “External DEM selection”.
After this change I have remade External DEM and synthetic amplitude in SAR coordinates. But nothing changed. The obvious shift is still p…[Read more] -
espiritocz replied to the topic discard small area processing in the forum Sarproz Forum 9 years, 6 months ago
Dear Ana,
Indeed the area should be larger – don’t worry to extend it. To check the small area (after you prepare project using bigger area), there is special Toolbox in Sarproz called Small Area Processing. It works very well!

Dear gypsophila1 – please, if you have question, use Forum -> Create new topic, instead of “post update”. And the problem is that you should first make some “new project folder”, for example /media/Seagate/Radarsat-2_Processing and there you should link your /media/Seagate/Radarsat-2/SLC folder (do you use linux or windows?) – and in Sarproz when…[Read more]

Dear Daniele,
thank you for fast response!
I will test it now (Manage Version shows the last to be from 27-Apr, is it the new one?).
The topic of AOI is subsidence of buildings – three weeks ago a dangerous movement was (accidentally) detected over one building. With this dataset we may detect this movement in similar way you did for Hong-Kong,…[Read more] -

Hi, thank you.
indeed, the orbits have huge errors, showing also strong phase ramps.
I will send you one image for reference using ftp (in private message). thank you!Milan

hi,
i get another issue – it seems that Radarsat-2 gets wrong rotation – the GCP is set properly (manual match of airport object), but the whole image is shifted to the South while it should be to the North. Thus also DEM doesn’t match.
It seems to me that the software expects different mirroring/orientation of the image. Maybe a different…[Read more] -

Hi,
same problem here – I tried to solve it by renaming all RS2 directories to contain _RST2 string but it didn’t help:

Hi Matus,
I am happy that you solved this problem. Hope it will be useful for others – I suspect that this issue can be relevant also for linux users…
cheers,
