This is either related to hardware problem (like e.g. faulty memory) or operating system problem (like e.g. swap space not accessible) or matlab installation problem. Firstly, monitor the resources you are using. Then, you may try to re-install matlab, or the whole system, or run some system/hardware checks…

So, you have ramps both on the estimated height and on the estimated velocity
this is why u see non-zeros velocity.
What I would do is the following:
firstly, check interferograms and see if they are well flattened or if they have ramps themselves. If interferograms have residual orbital ramps, then u can remove them with this function:…[Read more] -

Hi,
I have been struggling with this issue since I started using sarproz. The software crashes randomly, most of the time when doing the APS estimation and sparse points processing. Please find the error message as well as the error report in the attachments.
Thanks a lot!

Hello!
I have been processing some RADARSAT-2 data recently in SARPROZ and I would like to know how to choose the best parameters in APS processing. I attached the parameters I used and the results I got. I would also appreciate it if someone could explain to me how I can assess if the parameters I chose were good or not.
This is oilfield data…[Read more]

Hi Cecilia,
First of all the log is not the correct one and there’s no info in the one you attached.
You can check the site.log and send it to us.
Second, there’s upload error for jpegs due to upload errors. Either send it to us in email (that is in your message) or use a cloud upload like wetransfer.
Then we will try to get a better…[Read more]

Hello, thanks for the answer. Now I tried changing master (20160603), choosing one with better condition. The area is the maximum common, in order to avoid problems. Some of the images are coregisterred, some are not (18 failed out 51 slaves).
A series of warnings appear, including one that says “Reference to non-existent field ‘ra’.”.
The major…[Read more] -

Hi all,
I (will) submit a new version of S1A/B in few minutes.
This new updates will include the following:
1. Supportance of Stripmap (SM) mode;
2. A bug fix in Polarization. Now in both SM and TOPS mode, merged or not, you can choose different polarization data at will.
3. A few other bug fixes.

Hi Cecilia,
It would be helpful to check the SLC images you’ve extracted.
In FITTED folder you will find 20160311.jpg.
In EXT/yyyymmdd you will find yyyymmdd_VV.jpg for each slave image.
You don’t need to show us all. A few (but make sure you include the master) will be enough to have an understanding as a start.

Hello,
yes well the area that i cropped has a radius of 12km so I thought it would have been ok. I tried to change the master, but still the same. I cannot plot the images because it actually does not the coregistration. I can only see the master and the slave images one by one.
Anyway here there is the log file. -

Hi Cecilia,
even if you have to analyze a small target (the dam), you need a minimum number of good targets to guarantee a correct and precise coregistration. Since it’s an extra-urban area, and you are using Sentinel, I’d suggest you to increase the area you are processing.
Moreover, I see in the grabbed screen that the sw warns you about…[Read more] -

Hello,
I am super new in using this software. I am processing 29 Sentinel 1 TOPS SLC images. My aim is the deformation of a dam (so quite small area). So first of all data selection. Footprints are ok, in Google Earth everything seems fine. First thing that I noticed is at the moment of Master extraction I get “28 slave images have not been…[Read more] -

Dear Perissin,
Can I use CoSSC products to generate Displacement map using SARPROZ? I want to use either TSX1_SAR_SSC data or TDX1_SAR_SSC data from 2 CoSSC products with 11 days temporal difference to Produce displacement, Is it possible to do with SARPROZ software?
Best Regards,

can you generate a higher resolution geocoded reflectivity map and send it to me by email?
it could be correct and the footprint might be shifted.
if this is the case, the reason is that footprints are geocoded using the elevation of a point in the middle of the area. You have steep mountains in your area, thus the footprint could be strongly…[Read more] -

Dear Perissin,
First I processed with default (without using Ext.DEM) DEM, then I got GCP height as zero (Fig: Without Using Ext.DEM). After I used an Ext.DEM, then I got GCP height (Fig: With Ext.DEM) but it’s located at the out of selected study area (Master area) but inside the footprints. I continued the process, but the reflectivity map is…[Read more]

Can you be more specific about “you have tried with ext. DEM and it’s not working”? what did you do and what is not working? If you got errors, can you paste zipped lasterror.mat and log files?
