Could you please also check ORBITS/S1B/2017/10/aux_resorb ? (S1B)
The log shows there’s something wrong with the orbit file in October. It is better we check it well.
Thanks!

Tenth directory was empty, however I suggest, that you kept in mind ninth one.
There was only one file: S1A_OPER_AUX_RESORB_OPOD_20170925T091232_V20170925T040053_20170925T071823.EOFJaroslav

Hello Jaroslav,
It looks to me that one downloaded orbit is corrupted. Can you help me confirm that?
You can go to ORBITS/S1A/2017/10/aux_resorb and paste the filenames here.
If my inference is true, we will go from there.

Hello!
During setting orbits for stack of Sentinel-1 images I have encountered an error.
I didn’t succeed to guess the reason myself, so I’ve decided to send an error logs.Jaroslav

Yuxiao replied to the topic Combine different geometries for decomposition of LOS motion? in the forum Sarproz Forum 7 years, 1 month ago
We encourage you to ask as many questions as possible.
I will wait for Dr. Perissin on this question, but I think it is only a very simple geometry that you could draw yourself.
I append here a 2D (horizontal and vertical) decomposition here:

Now, with only one pass, it is…[Read more]

Hello sorry, again me making questions:
which are the formula used by this software to make the projections in the horizontal and vertical direction?
If it is possible to know of coursecheers

Yuxiao replied to the topic Reference point in the forum Sarproz Forum 7 years, 1 month ago
For each image, go to the folder and look for YOUR_DATA/EXT/yyyymmdd/yyyymmdd.meta.mat .
You can load this mat file, and one field is called doppler. When you read it, it contains all the information you will need for calculating the Doppler centroid: the coefficients, time tag, etc. The Doppler centroid can be then calculated for each image.

Hi Dimitris,
1. please take the time to read the messages from the software. You can learn a lot from them. They are included in the log file you attached.
2. one of the messages says: “If you need assistance, please include the file lasterror.mat “. without that file we cannot help.
3. here you have some material to learn how to use the software…[Read more] -

Hi Daniele,
As the title suggests, I get a matrix dimensions error when opening S-1 SLC images.
Please see the log file for details. Thank you.

Hi Daniele,
I did exactly has you showed me yesterday and I don’t see any problem about the xml files (please find the capture in attachments) or any files. I corrected all of those which were empty. They work fine on SNAP.
So I don’t understand what problem might be. Only works if I import only one S1 dataset. -

Hi Joana,
such message is a warning, not an error. The log also says that the file you cannot modify is a file contained in the original SLC data, and this is not a problem, since the software is not going to overwrite those files.
Your problem is that your SLC data are partial or corrupted. The log says:
Error in s1_slc2file(): can not find…[Read more] -

Hi,
I am trying to import 12 datasets of Sentinel 1 but when I run it it gives a warning in the command prompt –

I have already tried to change the folder permissions settings however, the read-only attribute is not changed…[Read more]

Just to note here that this issue has been solved.
For other’s reference, when one is importing SLC data:
1. Check if the input latitude/longitude is consistent with the MasterArea.kml (that is generated by clicking “View”);
2. Check if the extracted Master image is corresponding to the MasterArea.kml (you can see the master image by “View…[Read more] -

Hello Alicia,
I suggest we set up a remote session for me to take a look at your dataset. Are you familiar with using teamviewer?
In this way, we could quickly go over your dataset and diagnose the problem.
If you have teamviewer installed, then email me at qyuxiao@sarproz.com so that I can quickly connect and see the dataset.

Hello Yuxiao,
The slaves images are also in the wrong location, just as master, even if the location coordinates dont belong there. From 24 slaves, 22 didnt corregistrated and 2 did (even in the wrong spot). In the link 2 images with no errors in date 04-jan-2016 and 03-may-2016; two with errors 22-mar-2015 and 15-04-2015.

Hi Antonio,
If you restart the software,
you should get a different message, did you try it?
Something else to try:
(1) open a terminal (2) type ‘hostname’ (3) ping the returned name (eg: ping mycomputername)
(4) if no packets are received, add the name returned by ‘hostname’ to the file /etc/hosts -

periz replied to the topic Support of offset-tracking in the forum Sarproz Forum 7 years, 2 months ago
When sarproz process the coregistration,
the estimated offsets are saved in _coreg_offL and _coreg_offS files in the EXT folder.
These files could be loaded into sarproz (by selecting “choose a real file” from the menu that you can find in most modules)
And you could analyze pixel offsets.
However, at the moment these offsets contain also the…[Read more] - Load More
