  • –“why are you surprised that the result is within the imposed range?”

Based on the velocity results and “linear trend” threshold setting, I found the velocity result is within the range of “linear trend”. In fact, the threshold of “linear trend” was estimated by person,it’s just a estimated value, so it wasn’t correct, and it didn’t…[Read more]

  • hi,Pro. Daniele,

I have one question about APS estiamtion “linear trend” threshold.I found if I set “linear trend” between -90 and 5. The deformation velocity result is in this range. But if I set the threshold between -120 and 5, the result will be in this range.

So how to decide the accuracy of the result?

    Hello,

I’m using the different DEM data in PS-InSAR process in SARPROZ. I’d like to see the inteferograms images after only removing DEM phases.

Or could you give me some advice in comparing and analyzing the influence of differnet DEM data.

Thanks for the help from Pro.Daniele and Dr. yuxiao. The problem has been solved.

Firstly, ensure the DEM is bigger than research area. The research area should be checked carefully. It must be smaller than the user defined DEM, or it will not be processed successfully follow-up.

Secondly, the problem is coordinates transformation. My first-time…[Read more]

  • Hi, Pro. Daniele,

I used two stereo images to obtain a DSM image,I imported the DSM into sarproz instead of SRTM.

But my research area couldn’t be found from the DEM, the screenshot didn’t show the area that should be made up of four “X mark”.

Did it mean the DSM wasn’t correct ?

  • Hi, Professor Daniele,

The cumulative displacement value in DBF file of result are relative to the reference point. But I don’t know the cumulative displacement of reference point. So the value isn’t accurate?

How to understand the value of cumulative displacement? Whether I should plus or minus a value to obtain the true displcement value?

    Thank you.

    Hi, Pro. Daniele,

    (1) I’d like to know something about APS estimation.I used 32 scenes TerraSAR-X and Tandem-X images in all.The zip file contains the parameters of APS estimation and the results.I found the connection coherence is good, but the result of APS including “PS coherence after graph inversion and APS removal” are bad and the image…[Read more]

  • Hi, Professor,

I saw tutorials about PS-InSAR,few information about SBAS-InSAR. Now I have few scenes images,so I want to process SBAS,could you please tell us differences about process steps between PS and SBAS in this software?

  • I don’t understand how to process specifically, but I found Matlab gave me a message”center latitude and longitude from MASTER SLC data differ from center of calculated footprint”. Is this message important for this problem?

  • I’m sorry for that the two pictures couldn’t be uploaded successfully. These two ones are new.

  • The first picture is SAR image, the other one is kml format master area. It’s obvious to find that area on the two pictures don’t match.

  • The version of software is May 6.

I delete the old folders and import the data again.I set the master area again in “longitude” and “latitude” ,but the error was still here. The center of master area was still the center of the scene.By the way, the master area of kml format was right, but the SAR format image was not matched with the kml file.

  • Thanks for your reply.

I went back and extract the master area again, but I found the SAR image of extracted master area isn’t the area that I want. The centre of wrong area isn’t what I input in “latitude” and “longtitude”, but is the centre of one complete image. And I set the “latitude” and “longitude”, but the “samples” and “lines” doesn’t change.

  • Hi professor,

In the “GCP selection” module, no matter I choosed “keep current orbits” or “through external DEM”, the result of “Mean kml” has shown the location of automatic GCP was not matched with my study area and was too far away .And the amplitude map was far away from study area in Google earth ,but they couldn’t be displayed in the same…[Read more]

  • You mean I should rename the MATLAB system function file “flipdim”?

But I found three flipdim.m files in MATLAB, which one should I choose?

  • Thank you,professor.

I download a new version instead of the old one and the problem has been solved. But another problem is coming when I clicked “master extraction”…

THis zip file included lasterror.mat and log file

  • The files couldn’t be uploaded. The error was
Undefined variable “p_orbit” or class “p_orbit.coef_pos.x”.
