you are not fitting a single line. you are fitting a planar surface (height and velocity).
with 4 images you can look at 3 interferograms. or you can calculate the average if in your particular case it makes sense. or you can neglect height and atmosphere if you are in the proper situation and assume that the phase content is just movement.

Hi,
I have 4 high resolution TSX images, and interested in do some sparse point processing with this too few images (I know that we need at least 15+ images for a robust PS processing), I started with small area processing to have a clue first, I used amp stab index+sp coherence to select points with a relatively high threshold 1.8 ( I am aware…[Read more]

hi
* if you want to cherry pick only a few pixels of interest, you can use this module: https://sarproz.com/manual/kml2mask.html to generate your own mask of pixels, eg by importing a simple list of geographic coordinates
* if you want display data (like amplitude or coherence) of cherry picked pixels, you can use this module (visualization…[Read more]

Hi Mahtab,
saving a selection of points does not mean saving the plot you are diplaying
when you save a selection of points, you save a 2d vector, where the 2 dimensions are sample and lines, independently from what you have on x and y axes in the scatter plot
the only choice you have is whether to save a color or not, as indicated here…[Read more] -

Dear SARPROZ Team,
I have applied Boolean conditions to extract my sparse point dataset in the scatter plot module and used latitude and longitude for the X and Y axes. However, the resulting plot still shows the axes in Line and Sample coordinates (please see the attached pic).
How can I save this selection with the correct latitude and…[Read more]

Thanks, Dan.
In the meantime, I ignored the error and continued as usual. The spatial coherence looked fine. I will check the adaptive mask, images and interferograms as soon as the QPS analysis, which is currently running, is completed.
The SRTM DEM had a few Nan values. I’m not sure if that is the cause.
Best regards -

Hi Janbu,
there can be a number of reasons for receiving that message, we need more infos to understand the case.
Generally speaking, even if for some reasons NaNs are in the data, that does not mean you cannot process and analyze successfully your data.
Please check the images one by one: do you observe black areas?
Did you generate the adaptive…[Read more] -

Hi,
I am trying to create QuasiPS (or Distributed Scatterers) and, as I usually do, before creating the interferograms I am running the MT Adaptive Mask. Running the Probability tables (leaving the default settings) I get all raws with the following notification:
“writing a cut of real data in file D:JPIPascua2024DESC156RESULTSADMASKCPT_-2_2…[Read more] -

Dear Prof. Periz,
For the last few days, SARPROZ has been experiencing failures in downloading the SRTM files automatically. I have provided my username and password in advanced parameters for DEM. Previously, it was all ok for SARPROZ to download the SRTM files automatically. Please find the error files attached here for your kind reference.
I…[Read more] -

I have tried the SFTP connection and followed the instructions, but it ended up not connecting to the server. In turn, no DEM files were downloaded

I did not follow the steps since I do not know and understand where to fix them correctly. Yes, I am currently using the latest version of the software (27-Feb-2024).

Hi,
did you do the steps suggested by the software?
generally speaking, keep always in mind this: https://sarproz.com/manual/Sarproz_errors_management.html
and report log files and error files, if any.
are you using the last version of the software?best
