1.4.5.3. Full Graph Coherence Estimation


Help for Full Graph Coherence estimation

This function estimates the coherence of all possible connections (interferograms) in the images space.
This is used to calculate the Minimum Spanning Tree of the images graph of the dataset: the minimum best set of
interferograms (graph links) connecting all available images. The MST is generated by maximizing the coherence.

The Full Graph Coherence is used also to plot images graph with color and to choose an images graph based on
a coherence threshold.

It is not strictly required to run this step but it may be useful.
