        Hi,
        I dont’t find anythere that those choises do?

          You are saving sparse data in a sparse file.
          If the file exists, it might already contain some data. So, the options are: replace it (and discard previous data) or update it (and keep previous data if not overlapping). Note that if you do an update with a different reference point you are going to mess up the data.
          Note also that, if you replace it, the sw will create a backup copy.
