Hello,
After processing 45 S-1 SLC, I got PS results that have spatially ramps. Is it due to Atmosphere or some other factors? Please let me know how to remove the ramps.

The result looks pretty bad. I am afraid the APS processing step must be redone. Use the graph analysis and refinement module to improve the APS results.
