Since a few days some users reported timeout errors while downloading Sentinel orbital data.
So, if you get such errors this is the post to read.
First of all, please consider that this is a problem on the ESA side (scihub.copernicus.eu). Not sure yet what is the cause, it could be some slow network response depending on the location from where you are connecting (and also on the timing of the connection). In fact, many users did not experience this problem at all, some users experienced it at times.
We have now increased the timeout value so that hopefully this will circumvent such problems (please download the last version for that using the manage version module https://sarproz.com/manual/manage_version.html ).
In any case, if Sarproz cannot download automatically orbital data, please proceed manually

I experience this problem from time to time. Would it be possible to make the timeout value configurable? Easier to download the orbit files manually, especially when processing large amounts of data.

if you update the sw, you will see that option added on Dec 11
11 dec 2021: timeout added in advanced parameters to avoid errors in orbits download
