When I do interferograms processing, the matlab show “Failed in loading and converting temp file” and “file like *_coher.jpg couldn’t be created”.
Could you help me out with this problem?

1. please read the forum rules about what to include in your post
2. as the message says, ur RAM is too low
3 possible workaround: do not generate jpeg files (to do this check the related option in the advanced parameters)

It only goes up to 25% and will not change !!

You are using the Sparse LS unwrapping algorithm. Probably you are using all available memory.
Please use the Task Manager windows application to see if you used all memory and/or if the Sarproz main application is running or not.
if you have resources issue, multilook your interferograms to save memory
