Dear friends, I noticed that while doing APS processing on multiple Sentinel-1 images, linear patterns of low coherent areas are present in the Coherence Connections graph. Is this a possible deburst issue? If not how do I avoid it in large area processing. Attached are the graphs, log and input files. Thanks.

The log file was not uploaded, try zipping log files in the future
from the inputpar file we see anyway that you are using an old Sarproz version
soon we’ll post here in the forum instructions to download Sarproz compiled with matlab 2022a
try again later with the new version
if issues perists, we’ll start investigating the log file
in the meanwhile, you can check images (searching for issues in the amplitude) and interferograms (to check possible phase jumps).
also, it’s useful to see the images graph to have an idea of your dataset

Hello Sir Danielle, thanks for the response. I redid the process with less (13 images from 94) Sentinel-1 images and with the updated SARProz software, however the the linear feature remained, causing poor connections for APS processing. This problem also occurred on a different processing with different path and frame.

I have attached the log files in the zip for your reference.

              Thank you and best regards.

the rar file was not uploaded either
13 images for a time series analysis is too limited, use at least 30 images
I suggest you write to support at sarproz dot com to better check the details
then we’ll post here the outcome of the investigation
              best
