        Hello

I’m exporting a resampled version of my KML result. The strange thing is that although minimum and maximum values are equal in both outputs, the colors are not same as you can see in the attached files.

Could you please give me the reason and solution?

          Hi Mahtab,
colors are the same, but you cannot compare a continuous image with black-circled dots. The effect is obviously slightly different. Moreover, the two results are differently downsampled by googleearth. you have to look at them locally at the maximum resolution. there you will see that colors are the same

              Thanks for your reply.

I zoomed to the maximum resolution but still the colors are different as you can see in the attachment.

when you zoom to the maximum resolution as you say you see dots and then a homogeneous blue. It means you have downsampled/filtered your data to the point that you don’t see the original points anymore. When this happens, inevitably you are comparing two different things: original data and filtered/downsampled one. If the colors don’t match the reason lies somewhere there. if you want to compare the colors, reduce the downsampling/filtering till the point in which you see 1 image pixel for each original dot. At that resolution, colors must be the same.
