Hello!
Sometimes while co-registration I get a message with multiple warnings above and below it. It usually happens if I try to co-register too small or too noisy area.
Could you please explain how does the software evaluate the quality of co-registration or where can I read about this?

Hi Jaroslav,
I believe you are referring to Sentinel processing (such messages are specific for Sentinel only). So, Yuxiao will answer with more details. The concept anyway is that in Sentinel we need to extract some information from the phase, and that’s why too small or too noisy areas are problematic. As a general statement, anyway, you can always check yourself the quality of the processing by looking at interferograms, after your dataset is generated. A not-precise coregistration in Sentinel will result in spurious fringes in the interferometric phase.
