Dear users,
a beta-version of the new downloader for the Sentinel-1 orbits is now implemented in the software.
In this version there are some know issues that will be fixed soon. In the meanwhile, please read below for the solutions:1) in case you receive a message from the server aobut “Too Many Requests”, please just repeat the downloading…[Read more]

Thank you very much for your response.
So I understand that in order to see the precision of my results I should check which are the components that constitute the coherence?
– Is there any formula or document you could tell me about how it is calculated or exactly what terms affect it?
I understand that my results can be affected by distortion,…[Read more] -

Hi all,
While the new repository is implemented, you can try using the Python script sentineleof (https://pypi.org/project/sentineleof/).
Hope this helps.

Sarproz only accepts SSC data: Single Look Slant Range Complex images. yours is MGD, Multi Look Ground Range Detected.

Dear Sarproz Team,
I’m experiencing an issue while processing a TerraSAR-X dataset in SARPROZ. My dataset, located at …/SARPROZTEST/SLC, includes four images for a deformation monitoring test.
In the SARPROZ software, I chose ‘Select Dataset’ and set “SARPROZTEST” as the site directory. I then proceeded without selecting ‘Untar’ and ‘Del tar’.…[Read more] -

Hi Anti,
here some infos https://www.sarproz.com/groups/sarproz-group/forum/topic/sentinel-orbits-in-sarproz/
usually Sarproz tells you what orbit files are needed, however, I am afraid in this case (change of repository), the error prevents the message from being visualized.
You should manually check the orbits you need and place them in the…[Read more] -

Is there any instruction somewhere on where and which files should be placed so that SarProz can find and read them?

Dear users,
ESA has replaced the repository for the Sentinel-1 orbit files. The new portal to download the orbit files can be visited here https://dataspace.copernicus.eu/The new repository will be implemented in SARPROZ soon. In the meanwhile, you are kindly asked to download the files manually.

Hello, I have been experiencing some issues in updating Sarproz to the latest version. My current version is 2 year old (it’s from the 6th October 2021). I am using the ‘Manage version’ module and I can see that there is a new version from the 2nd November 2023. However, when I press ‘Go’ the Download seems to take forever and nothing really…[Read more]

Hi Emre,
the model you are applying, linear deformation, does not apply to your case, since you had earthquakes.
the suggestion for you is to take an InSAR course (if you want, we do offer InSAR course based on sarproz).
all the best -

Dear sarproz users, I want to determine earthquake related deformations using 19 sentinel 1 images. I performed my operations according to the application document of By Timo Balz. However, I do not think I got the result I wanted in APS predictions. The operations I performed:
1- Preliminary Analaysis
2-Preliminary Geocoding
3-Multi image Insar…[Read more] -
periz replied to the topic APS Processing: Master-slave coherence plot in the forum Sarproz Forum 1 year, 2 months ago
Hi,
here the concept is the following: when you take an image as a reference, if the image is noisy, the noise is propagated to all other images (being the reference image set to zero, since it’s the difference with itself). This is what you see in that plot.
However, Sarproz takes into account this phenomena and applies some corrections. So,…[Read more] -

Hi,
I am currently interested in deformations regarding a slow moving landslide and I am processing different time series, however, during the APS processing I have noticed that when I use the automatically selected master image, the master image has a coherence of 1, but all slave images are low (0.2-0.4) but constant. When checking the data, I…[Read more]
