I have a problem with “Import Data”. I am facing with an error when running the “Set Orbits” step.

if you check the messages given by the software
which can also be read in the log file
you will see that your site directory is: K:\\
did you write the directory name using strange characters?
please rename the directory
also, download the last sw version with the “manage version” module, it seems that you are using a recent version of matlab and we have just fixed a few cosmetic things

Actually i am using “Remote Desktop” to connect a server computer and K:\\ is my directory in there.
You are right Dr. the problem was my directory name.Thanks
