I try to install sarproz in matlab 2017a by pcodes in windows 8.1 OS. after installation and in “license request” step this message was appear:

SUCCESS: License file license.key has been correctly created
This license needs to be authorized. You will not be able to run the software till you will receive a new license file with the authorization.
Now the software will try to send automatically an email to request the authorization.
an automatic email was sent successfully
now wait for an answer from the administrator.
contact support@sarproz.com for any questions.
Authorization not released. Contact the administrator of the InSAR tool ”

why has not the authorization realized? please help me.
