Hi,
when I co-registration the sentinel data there is an error said that:Index exceeds matrix dimensions. And when I get the weather data the error said:Attempt to reference field of non-structure array.
The attachmens are the log file and lasterror. Can you help me solve these errors?Thank you!

Hi YaLe,
send me the list of SLC filenames, I need to run your data and browse through all the problems.

Hello,
I got probably the same error in the last (20-Dec) version, but i ignored it (without counting the number of images, so maybe one or two could be missing, but maybe not) and everything seemed to be allright… this is the problem of the last version. I only checked the coregistered images and they seemed to be okRegards, Ivana

Dear Yuxiao,
I also encountered respective error during TOPS post-coregistration processing plus the one concerning the weather data. However, throughout latest processing of the same dataset, there was no such error. So maybe it is indeed the problem of latest version (23. Dec).
Logfile and lasterror.mat are attached, along with SLC filenames.
Thank you for your effort.

Hi Kapil,
if you want to get assistance you must zip log and lasterror files and upload them here. Without those infos we cannot be of any help.
About the weather data download, it looks like a network problem on your side.
But again, we need log and lasterror.mat files (and you have to zip them before uploading)-

I confirm that the weather data download works.
If it does not on your side, unless you present an error, I am forced to think that it is a network problem between you and the weather database.
About the message you get at the beginning, it is due to a recent licensing issue. It is a temporary problem, do not pay attention to that message.

Thank You Periz for your important reply. Is any other way to come out from this problem ? By doing modification in Weather parameter.
Thank You
Prashant

Hi Periz,
In this case, co-reg was successful hence no last error file generated. We can only see the log file where it mentioned rolling back.
Best wishes,
Kapil -

Hi Kapil,
you have to patiently read the messages from the software
if you read your log files, it’s full of WARNINGS. you have to check them
your data looks corrupted because some infos are missing. please check it according to what the software saysthis is just an example:
Your S1A imgfile: /media/hitesh/62ffe1c2-8e1c-4ba5-b708-7d76c4b34f42/DataS2/SLC/S1A_IW_SLC__1SSV_20161220T115644_20161220T115712_014463_017769_C7A9.SAFE/measurement/s1a-iw2-slc-vv-20161220t115644-20161220t115712-014463-017769-002.tiff seems to be corrupted and NO HEADER INFO can be read!!! Further Process with this image may lead to error!!!bye
