if not, please be aware that the lasterror u attached in relative to a different matter
so, please input your email address in the advanced parameters in order to get an email with the lasterror included when you encounter your problem. then forward it to me

I download the last pcodes version，it can import GAMMA data but there is another question. The data after imported sarproz are all zeroes。 And the Reflectivity_Map is black。and can not select any point。 I don’t know why。

when I check online to update the SARPROZ,it saied that No new uodates for your license.

probably your updates-license has expired.
one suggestion for the moment: the error you get derives from new polarimetric features (introduced in march 2016) that where not contained in the old gamma-like format. if you kept older sarproz versions (before march 2016) you can switch back to an old version without the new full polarimetric support and import your gamma data. you can later switch to the last one supported by your license.
you can use the manage version module to see which versions you have in your archive

otherwise, I use QPS method to process these 14 ALOS data, when I select QPS point which strategy will be used? Amp.stable.Index 1-sigma or Amp.stab.Ind plus Sp. coher or Amp.stable.Mu/sigma??

If in the QPS analysis you use filtered interferograms,
than it is not a good choice to use the ampl stab index alone. the second option mentione by you is better
