Hello,

I am updating an old dataset using some more images, and for 2 of 3 datasets I get the error “index exceeds matrix dimension” in the “get contents” set. I know it helps to reprocess the whole directory again, but I don’t want to do it…

Using version of 24-Aug.

hi Ivana,
you may want to try with the new version (just uploaded), it contains some changes in the sentinel code.
if it does not solve the issue, we need to wait for yuxiao

unfortunately, the error stays the same even in the newer version, in both problematic tracks.

Sorry Ivana, I had a fever last week and left a pile of things ahead of me.

To solve this problem:
Go to your corresponding /ORBITS folder and delete the “S1A” folder you’ve got there.
Then try again.

It should work, please let me know if it turns out the otherway.

If it works I’ll upload a new version of codes, otherwise we need to do more investigation with this case.
